The Brookview Golf Course welcomes the use of its facilities by special groups for tournaments and events. The course is available for use on a limited basis weekdays throughout the summer. Before Memorial Day and after Labor Day weekend, groups are accepted for weekdays and weekends with restrictions to times.

Brookview's course policies are intended to be fair and reasonable guidelines for the operation and control of all Brookview facilities. Please read and review them with all members of your tournament/group outing committee (Regulation Course Policies, Par 3 Course Policies). If you have questions, contact the Golf Manager at 763-512-2305.

Brookview requires a guaranteed number of players and carts (if requested) for any tournament or group outing, and groups must be scheduled and paid for in foursomes only. Tournaments must pay full green fees and cart fees at least eight days before the event.

A tournament group meets on the patio at Brookview.

Use of Brookview Facilities for Tournaments

The Brookview banquet area, deck, gazebo, and patio are available for special group tournaments by reserving it through the Park and Recreation office. A flat fee is charged and must be paid in advance.

Arrangements for large capacity seating and catering of food are the responsibility of the outside group. All arrangements must be approved by the Park and Recreation office and the Golf Course management.
The outside deck, gazebo, and patio with barbecue grills is available by reservation and a fee will be charged for reserved use. Use of the patio does not include use of the kitchen or meeting rooms inside Brookview Community Center.
During the golfing event all food and beverages to be consumed must be purchased from the concession operation.
