Junior Group Lessons

Lessons take place at the Brookview Lesson Tee, unless otherwise noted.

Little Linksters 1 (Ages 3-7, $65)

Little Linksters will discover and explore golf with age-appropriate games and activities using modified equipment. Emphasis is placed on self-discovery and creating the framework for children to forge their athletic skills and develop hand-eye coordination. Children are encouraged to repeat this program several times to acquire the basic skills and to feel comfortable with the rules and etiquette on the golf course. Class size is 5–15 students. Location: Lesson Tee.

Little Linksters 2 (Ages 3-7, $65)

Junior golfers can take the next step in the LIttle Linksters series. In this three lesson program golfers will continue to enhance their developing skills and golf knowledge. Traditional clubs will be used as each Little Linkster starts to develop their fundamentals and learn a few simple rules and etiquette on the golf course.

Junior Golf Camps (Ages 6-17, $175)

At the Brookview Golf Academy, it is our goal to ignite a child's passion to become a lifelong golfer by offering a lively and engaging lesson curriculum. Juniors will learn the fundamentals in a safe, fun way through the use of skill based educational games and traditional instruction. Each camp will cover everything from putting and shipping to iron play and driving. The last session will be at the Brookview Par 3 where kids will have the chance to put it all together, play, and keep score! Location: Lesson Tee. Class size is 6–10 students.


Registration begins on Thursday, March 3 and is on a first-come, first-served basis through Golden Valley’s Park & Recreation Department.
