Winter Grill Rental

During the off-season, Brookview Grill is available for corporate (retreats, meetings, training seminars, parties, receptions, retirement parties) or private (receptions, reunions, bridal or baby showers, neighborhood parties, holiday parties) group functions. Overlooking the tranquil beauty of Golden Valley's Brookview Golf Course, the Grill's warm and comfortable atmosphere makes it perfect for small and moderate-sized parties or meetings away from the office or your home.

The Grill is decorated for the holidays from November to January.

Availability

November through February. Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance.

2009 Rental Fees

$25/hour for Golden Valley residents or organizations
$35/hour for non-residents
$45/hour for corporate/business groups

Hours must be consecutive. A $75 deposit is due at the time of application. Brookview may also collect a $100 damage deposit, which will be returned within on week of the event if no deductions are necessary.

Facilities

AV equipment, and small breakout/conference rooms available.

Decorations

The grill is decorated for the holidays from November through January, and its set-up can be customized to meet individual customer needs.

Catering

All events at Brookview Grill must be catered by a licensed caterer.
