All reservations and menu selections must be placed in advance of the event. Final guest counts are firm and groups are charged for the quantity of food ordered.

Due to the fluctuation in food costs, all prices are subject to change. Prices do not include a 15% service charge.

On-The-Go Box Lunches

Box lunches offer a hearty meal with a maximum of convenience. All lunches include sandwich, side (potato salad or cole slaw), chips, cookie, napkin, fork, and condiments.

Each sandwich offers choice of meat or salad filling (Turkey, Ham, Egg Salad, Tuna Salad), cheese (American or swiss, not available for sandwiches with salad filling), and bread (wheat, white, or marble rye), as well as lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise.

Box Lunches (per person): $8; Minimum 12 guests

From the Grill

Includes kettle chips, brownies and cookies, lemonade, and Super Condiment Bar (onions, tomatoes, lettuce, relish, pickles, ketchup, and mustard).
Sides: Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad. (Additional side, add $1 per person.)

All American: $9.50 per person; Choose one meat item (hot dog, brat, Polish sausage, or 1/4 lb hamburger) and one side.

Brookview Classic Duo: $12.50 per person; Choose two meat items (hot dog, brat, Polish sausage, or 1/4 lb hamburger) and two side.

Appetizers

BBQ Treatballs (serves 35-45): $40; Tasty meatballs slow cooked in a tangy BBQ sauce (about 140 peices; serving size 4-5 meatballs)

Fresh Fruit Tray (serves 15-20): $40; A seasonal selection of fresh fruit, including cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, pineapple, and strawberries.

Mexican Fiesta Dip & Chips (serves 25-30): $40; A favorite! Perfect combo that layers refried beans, sour cream/taco seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, diced onions, tomatoes, and black olives. Served with tortilla chips.

Chicken Wing Dings (serves 12-15): $35; Meaty wings marinated and baked in a honey BBQ sauce (about 44 wings; serving size 3 wings)

Veggie Medley (serves 15-20): $35; Garden fresh broccoli, carrots, snap peas, tomatoes, & sweet peppers served with flavorful creamy ranch & dill dips.
